This is your chance to experience the menu at Oxeye London before the actual restaurant opening with Sven-Hanson Britt himself one of the MasterChef finalists. Could he be the next Adam Handling?
Oxeye London will be a farm to table restaurant celebrating some of the most delicious produce grown on the Melbourne Estate and from some of the best farmers and suppliers in the UK, all served in Sven's unique style. Oxeye's influences come from the kaiseki cuisine and craft of Japan combined with historical British ingredients, tradition and cooking technique. It is expected to open in 2021.
We will be dining on a 6 course menu prepared by Sven-Hanson Britt himself.

Tsukemono “Pickled things”
Pullet egg with winter truffle, Jerusalem artichoke, Vin Jaune and maitake mushroom
Steamed pollack with celeriac and lovage and a sauce of English sparkling wine
Jacob Sheep from Park Farm with a sauce of swede and turnip
Finely sliced swede baked in sheep fat and rosemary
Salted plum leaf biscuit
Rhubarb and rosé kakigori
